当ホテルでは、環境保全（SDGs）の取り組みの一環として、連泊時の客室清掃を以下の通り実施しております。
お客様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

■ 客室清掃について
・4泊未満のお客様の客室清掃は、原則として行っておりません。
・4泊以上のお客様には、3日に1度の通常清掃を行います。
※お客様のご希望で「清掃不要」の場合でも、衛生上の観点から1週間に1度は清掃を実施させていただきます。
・毎日、または隔日の清掃をご希望の場合は、フロントまでお申し出ください。
・清掃時間は11:00~14:00です。清掃希望日の際は、お手数ですが外出のご協力をお願いいたします。

 

【Information】

As part of our efforts to protect the environment (SDGs), our hotel will clean your room for consecutive nights as follows.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■ Room Cleaning
- As a general rule, rooms are not cleaned for guests staying less than four nights.
- For guests staying four nights or more, standard cleaning will be provided every three days.
*Even if you request "no cleaning," for hygienic reasons, your room will be cleaned once a week.
- If you would like daily or every other day cleaning, please inform the front desk.
- Cleaning hours are 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. We ask that you please be out on the day you request cleaning.
